Bill Bowie's BOWIENET® Harness Horse Racing Web
Site has been established to help promote the world
wide sport of harness racing. Our website will
approach the promotion in two ways. Presenting
information that is of interest to harness racing
fans and presenting 'Handicapper/Tutor', which
is a set of computer programs that handicap harness
races.
I am a harness horse owner. I have two partners,
Bill Jackson and John Pumphrey. Our horses are stabled
and raced at Rosecroft Raceway. I am developing a new
page, "The Winners Circle". The page will contain
pictures of my partners, friends, me and our horses
in "The Winners Circle".
